This Billing Terms & Conditions document explains how payments are processed and billed when you make a purchase from Seritide.

2. Payment Authorization & Processing
Full payment is required at the time an order is placed.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and received.
If a payment is declined, reversed, or fails to process, the order will not be confirmed and may be automatically canceled.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on Seritide are displayed in USD.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, duties (if required by law), and shipping fees will be calculated and shown during checkout before payment is finalized.
4. Secure Transactions
Seritide uses SSL encryption and secure third-party payment gateways to protect transaction data.
We do not store or have access to your full credit card number or complete payment credentials.
5. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
If you believe there is an error with your billing, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can assist you promptly.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be reviewed and formally disputed.
6. Fraud Prevention & Order Review
To protect customers and maintain transaction security, Seritide may:
- Cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud
- Place orders on temporary hold for review
