At Seritide, we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below. Yes, we accept exchanges. Yes, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

Return Window: 30 Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

There is no cost to you if the item:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Is defective
  • Was incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Change of Mind / Size Issues

If returning an item because:

  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You selected the wrong product
  • You no longer want the item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  2. Repack the Item: Securely package the item with all original materials.
  3. Ship the Return: Follow the return instructions provided in your authorization email.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received:

  • The item will be inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued after return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Cancellations
